The spa is another highlight, a serene sanctuary surrounded by jungle greenery and connected by tranquil waterways. Its private pool at the center creates a calming oasis before or after treatments. We also enjoyed the resort’s wide range of activities, from archery lessons and tennis to exploring the canals by boat, a signature feature of the Mayakoba property. Rosewood’s culinary program impressed us at every turn. From casual beachside lunches to elegant dinners featuring regional cuisine, the food never disappointed. The beach itself is pristine, with soft white sand and clear turquoise water, perfect for swimming or simply unwinding.
The hotel’s attention to detail extended even to special moments. When the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with balloons and a cake in our villa, a gesture that perfectly captured their warmth and impeccable service.
